I'd like to add the following:
I've just been skimming through my archive of ubuntu-users (I read this list 
since beginning of June) and got the impression that the people who spend a 
lot of time on explaining how unhelpful Alexander is, provide suprisingly 
little help themselves when it comes to technical questions. Especially if 
compared to Alexander.
