kmail in dapper beta crashes often on folder change

Sorry, my mistake, it was Sandip who said he'd seen this reported against
IMAP folders.  Sandip - please post the link to the bug at kde.org.  I
really suspect the root of _your_ problem is a buggy IMAP server, as IMAP
is dead stable for me with different IMAP servers (though if it _is_ a bug
in the server, KMail still has to handle it properly - crashing is not a
preferred option :-) ).

I can't help you much with mbox problems - I never use them.  Are you
certain that nothing else (other than your MDA) is touching those mboxes?
