Latest Dapper update won't let me administrate CUPS

For getting access to localhost:631 use

sudo adduser dave shadow

but I must say that I've been getting error messages (something 
like 413 Request too large...) a little later on. It seems that 
gnome-cups-manager is truly broken in Dapper.
