Hdparm and Acoustic Management : problem

Ah yes, I did search seagate's website to see what tools they have, but
sadly their utility download page:
http://www.seagate.com/support/disc/utils.html

doesn't seem to offer anything for that purpose. :-(
I will try and contact them by e-mail to ask them directly, maybe they
can help...

Interesting ! Maybe it would work for my Seagate as well... could you
