Missing X manpage

Sorry, I probably should have mentioned that you have to apt-get
install apt-file first.

That shouldn't have anything to do with a missing manpage.

Yes, luckily your problem is only missing documentation which is
easily findable on the web. It's still a mystery to me why you don't
have the manpage though... Seems like a very strange and random part
to not get installed.
