It means you're using an we have a bug to fix in xserver-xgl, which is
shipping that file, but shouldn't be.  I'll go do that after I'm done
with the nvidia stuff.

If you just wait a few more hours, the new nvidia-glx will be in the
archive, if you're sick of the pain of trying to wrangle devel packages
and upstream driver builds.
