There's a fine line between a strike and blackmail, if at all :) Although
strictly speaking, a strike involves stopping working for an employer.
In any case, it's sad to hear of this problem, which essentially seems to be
simply due to a failure of communication. It's difficult to discuss the problem
without details of what it is, but in any case I hope that common sense will
prevail. There is an extensive problem-resolving structure set up in the Ubuntu
community, at the head of which is the Community Council, and these heavy handed
threats cannot be productive, or necessary.
