Ubuntu + LPI question

LPI recently had a price increase - the first in 6 years. The 
computerized test for 101 and 102 now costs US$150 and the press 
release for Ubuntu 103 states that it's price will be US$100.

The pricing of paper based exams isn't stated on these press releases. 
I've asked for clarity on this but still await an answer.
