installing windows 2000 as a virtual machine help

Hi,

I need detailed instructions on how to install qemu and kqemu on ubuntu ,
and then install windows 2000 to act as a guest OS by creating the image
within the ubuntu OS. I want the whole command process including getting and
how to extract the tar's for qemu, kqemu, linux-source-2.6.12 as I tried and
could not get it working properly at all. And also where I should be placing
those directories
