OK I have re apt-get'd all dependents with

DEPS=$(apt-cache depends kmail | grep Depends | grep -v "<" | awk '{print
$2}')
apt-get install --reinstall $DEPS

Still the same instability ...

So I wiped all filters & kept my bogofilter simple ... :)
Seems a lot more stable, explains why kmail crashed when recieving mail as
well as manualy filtering.
