alsa-space: xrun of at least 0.007 msecs. resetting stream

yeah I'm having the same trouble for some time now. It doesn't do it to
al the movies I play, only some of them. Haven't been able to pinpoint
the trigger to where mplayer/alsa is chocking on.
What I do know is that there are more people out there who have the
same problem, if it look at google, but no one seems to have a
solution, not even a hint, where the problems are coming from. 
Do hope that I or someone else will find at least the origin of the
problems.
