I'm not too sure about whether Gaim will support MSN webcam, but the CVS of 
aMSN currently does. Also, just for the future and in general, remember that 
these are proprietary programs (AutoCAD) or communication lines (as in case 
of MSN), so it should not be a primary goal for devels. :o)
