Grisbi -- Use non-Euro as default currency?

I'm looking for some decent financial software for my Ubuntu, and am
trying out Grisbi. It seems to be hardwired on the Euro. The Euro is
great and I used it when I was in Europe, but I'm in the US now...

Does anyone know a way to switch the default, and get rid of the Euro?
