[Breezy] Disappearing Menu Items / Folders / Kernel Patch

Hello David
no, i do not know a problem like this.
i anyway run 'menu' a little differently, therefore problems with menu do  
not appear to me.
for what ever program i truly use i do make a starter in the panel. all  
the rest, i almost forget about.
in this way i keep the desktop is much more clever arranged and looking  
decent slim.
