Precisely - and if you happen to know an answer, you, too, will raise
your voice.

Why not? Being a mentor doesn't imply devoting all your free time. You
yourself touched on the key point of being a mentor - simply taking the
time to answer a question is a huge step.

...which is precisely how the mentor/mentored relationship should work.
No one knows all the answers, so when we all work together...
