does ubuntu come with this software?

hello all
i can't seem to find a comprehensive list of the software that ubuntu 
linux ships with
i'm very new to linux and would rather it come with the software i need 
than i have to install it
i need to know if ubuntu ships with the software i need
particularly, i need...

a DVD authoring program to make video DVD's with menus and chapters
a video editing application that can cut, copy, paste, splice, dub, 
export, etc
an audio editing program like audacity (i think audacity comes with 
linux)
a media player like iTunes

and of course i know ubuntu comes with open office, firefox, evolution, 
etc

any help greatly appreciated
