No, no errors: dmesg has:
[4294777.061000] Bluetooth: RFCOMM ver 1.5
[4294777.061000] Bluetooth: RFCOMM socket layer initialized
[4294777.061000] Bluetooth: RFCOMM TTY layer initialized
hcitool scan shows only my mobile phone, no mouse.
Odd - mouse works fine in windoze.
