Use the Debian Sarge 3.1r0a official CD. It installed the Perc4e RAID
out of the box. I wonder why the Ubuntu Hoary, which is based on
Sarge, does not include the driver, possibly because the kernel was
based on an earlier Sarge version?.
Perhaps you could install Breezy, which is near a release. It includes
the megaraid_mbox driver, which handles the Perc RAID.
