via KControl -> Panel  -> Edit k-menu

cxoffice (cross over office) word/ecel/powerpoint which do show up in
the gnome menu but not in the K-menu

for a couple of messages this will work, but it is most invonvenient if
you have a quite extensive structure of mails in evolution that you want
to preserve
