I'm creating a C program that will use RPC but whenever I run it, it
receives this error. I have tested it n Red Hat 9 and it works fine.

Cannot register service: RPC: Unable to receive; errno = Connection
refused unable to register (ADD_PROG, ADD_VERS, udp)

How will I fix this problem?
