some user account took long time

dear friends,

My Ubuntu has some strange behavior, some user took long time to load
their desktop. On splash screen, it always stuck after SESSION PROXY
MANAGER loaded. It almost took 2-3 minutes to load second item after
SESSION PROXY MANAGER. I don't remember what is the second item is,
but it only happen on some user. What exactly cause this problem? and
how to fix it? thanks.
