.sfv files

I recently received a download in many parts (all rar files with
tiny .iso files in them).

There is also an .sfv file.

I found cksfv in Synaptic and I downloaded it and read the man page. I
was able to check the integrity of the download, but no mention is made
on what to do with it after.

Should these parts be married back together? How??
