I've had Warcraft/Frozen throne running fine with cedega.
Once cedega is installed you invoke the Warcraft setup.exe from the
command line.
cedega /cdrom/setup.exe
Other games I've had running on Linux; GTA-Vice City, GTA3, UT,
UT2003/4, Call of Duty, Medal of Honour.
Have a look at the "known to work with Cedega" list at Transgamings
site. (The list is surprisingly long).
Also, http://www.liflg.org/ - this site has links to installer scripts
for various games, with or without cedega (aka winex).
