/etc/resolv.conf keeps changing in breezy.

Which will totally destroy his  ability to get /etc/resolv.conf to update
when it _should_.  It's not a bad way to check if dhclient is what's
actually setting the bad resolv.conf - but dhclient would only be doing
that if something was telling it that you'd got a new lease.
