Hi

One solution is clusterssh
http://sourceforge.net/projects/clusterssh/

with a commad ccsh you can perform a change to all nodes with one
command.

you can install it with apt-get install clusterssh

you have to have an sshd in all your machines

For exemple NIS you can change /etc/nswitch /etc/passwd
/etc/defaultdomain /etc/group and install nis client .

All this task you can do it all in one .

A more scalable solution is systemimager http://www.systemimager.org :
first you have to configure one machine as golden client and copy image
to others machines

Hope will be helpfull for you
