Right - and you have to tell "it sucks" BUT in a constructive way so we
get further - that is telling "it sucks" TOGETHER with bug-reports
including strict error-codes and problem descriptions (when, where and in
what context etc..)

Otherwise you loose our goodwill and respect and you get ignored in the
newsgroups.
