Take it easy! The fact that he can or cannot program Firefox himself does
not
make his remark less insightful. Maybe a little more tact would be
appreciated,
I understand that, but non-programmers have no less rights to criticize.
To answer a question asked earlier on this thread: valgrind is a great tool
to help you with leaks and other memory-related bugs like overflows (like
Purify but free). You may also want to have a look at electric-fence or
mpatrol.
