I'd purge zope, and the rest will go automatically.  Then I'd use (that is,
I _did_ use) aptitude to install plone & plone-site (oddly, plone-site only
_suggests_ plone).  That way, zope & the other dependencies are marked as
automatically installed, and candidates for purging if you ever remove
plone.
