upgrading to breezy

I originally installed kubuntu hoary from ubuntu. I want to upgrade to 
breezy but I have a problem with two of the repositories. Can someone 
have a look at the following and tell me if it looks right and tell me 
what I have to replace the two Kubuntu repositories with?
