Well then, are you bothered by the fact that ntpdate is set up to ding
ntp.ubuntulinux.org instead of pool.ntp.org on boot up?  This
definitely gives utuntu an opportunity to get a head count on users,
if nothing else, and probably a bit more info.

But, of course, if you know it, you can reset the default in
/etc/defaults/ntpdate.

I wonder how many other defaults give info to ubuntu .. not that I'm
worried about it (yet).
