linux-image-k7 and xorg-driver-fglrx

Hi all,

I can't get xorg-driver-fglrx to work with linux-image-k7. fglrxinfo 
shows that the Mesa driver is used rather than the ATI driver. When I 
boot with the default 386 kernel the ATI driver is used. I tried to 
reinstall xorg-driver-fglrx when using the k7 kernel and then reboot, 
but that didn't help. Is the k7 kernel not supported by xorg-driver-fglrx?
