Changing the refresh rate of my LCD

Hi,

In the "Screen Resolution Preferences" dialog box I have only one option for
the refresh rate of my LCD which is 60Hz, but I know that my LCD supports
higher refresh rates. How can I set the refresh rate to one of these higher
values?
