Hoary->Breezy locale and keyboard problems

Thanks, this fixed my problem. Strange, that language-packs have not
been installed during upgrade. But nevertheless, I am a bit happier
Ubuntu user, because I already fixed my keyboard problems. That was
combination of old setup left, and this bug :
