Time keeps changing without reboots...

For some reason the time keeps changing on my breezy install.
Yesterday morning it was out half an hour, then in the arvo it was out
over an hour now it's out about 25 mins again.
I've done no reboots and it's not a dual boot PC either, any idea why
this keeps happening all of a sudden?
