Question for those using an ATI AGP-(specifically the Radeon 9200)

I have just realised that I might be misleading you. When I run glxgears
they appear in a small window and that was when I took the measurments.
However, when I maximise to fill the whole screen the rate falls
considerably to:-

585 frames in 5.0 seconds = 117.000 FPS
585 frames in 5.0 seconds = 117.000 FPS
585 frames in 5.0 seconds = 117.000 FPS
