yes.  You can't get a good keyboard in a store like CompUSA or micro 
Center.  They are all the cheapest pieces of shit dragged behind a boat 
all the way from Southeast Asia you can possibly imagine.  Look for 
buckle spring keyboards.  They aren't cheap.  Expect to spend 75 to 125 
dollars but also you will have a keyboard that will last for five or 
more years.  Dvorak keyboards are also popular because they do reduce 
hand stress but I'm not sure if you can combine the two.  :-) 
personally, I'm waiting for a laptop keyboard that's Dvorak.
