Cell phone connection to Internet..??

Hi there. Ive been looking for a way to get IRdA working on my Acer
Travelmate 723TX. Reason being, I want to use my Samsung SGH-D500 as a
GPRS modem. Cant find anything for the samsung, but I did get this:
