Repository gone??

I have just done a rebuild of Hoary and went to add the extra
repeositories and find that

http://ubuntu-backports.mirrormax.net/dists/hoary-backports/main/binary-i386/

is empty?? Is this permanent?? If so is there a replacement for:

deb http://ubuntu-backports.mirrormax.net/ hoary-backports main universe
multiverse restricted
