Wrong time display in Panel

UTC was not checked. If I check UTC I get a 2 hour offset. Anyway, I did 
remove the clock from the panel and add it again. It is working correct 
since then (I tried reboot, but didn't help).

But this behavior let me think about an other option. Is it possible to 
have 2 clocks in the panel which will show time in different timezones 
(e.g.: USA/Europe)?
