Hi Steve,
Yeah, some people actually do use Gnumeric instead of OpenOffice, I am
definitely one of them, as OOo Calc is so appallingly slow to load and
run that it's simply useless !
However I only do basic stuff with it (import a 'csv' file from a data
logger, and use all the data to generate some graphs), so I can't answer
your specific question. However when I discovered Gnumeric a year ago, I
posted on their mailing list, and found that all the developers were
hanging in there, so they should be able to answer your question I
guess. There is also an IRC channel apparently, but never had the
opportunity to use it.
