aptitude vs. apt-get

You don't _need_ to use aptitude, but since it cleans up nicely after
itself, and has a command line syntax that's virtually identical to
apt-get, I prefer to.

I haven't made any attempt to use aptitude's curses interface, though - it's
uglier than dselect.
