Azureus and Java Installs

For legal reasons Ubuntu can't ship Sun's Java implementation.  Because
of that you need to _build_ the Java package yourself.

Just follow the instructions in this URL (go the the "Java" section):
        https://wiki.ubuntu.com/RestrictedFormats
and you should be okay (it worked for me on Hoary).
