Printer Sharing Under CUPS

I've edited /etc/cups/cupsd.conf and had the server listen on
192.168.1.11 and I've added a directive to <Directory /> to Allow From
192.168.1.12, however, I still cannot share a printer. I have a feeling
I am doing something wrong as I cannot even connect to 192.168.1.11 by
telnetting in on port 631.

Any ideas?
