PS: I think the ones that are bad are so due to scratches on the
surface.  A few came out of the cover during shipment.  The packing is
too loose and they flack around inside the box.  That is a sure way to
scratch up CD's.  They need to be packed tighter.  When a box is not
full, it should be packed with crumpled newspaper so that the CD's
cannot shake around.  Also, an "open this end" would be good so that
people know what direction the inner box lids are oriented in.

If they arrive scratched and don't work, it's a waste of money, time,
and resources to ship them.  When a newbie gets a CD that fails, they
get a bad impression.  It is time consuming to test every CD.
