Firefox bug reporting (breezy)

I wanted to report a bug in Firefox and followed the 'online help' menu
item. This took me to
  <https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/breezy/+source/firefox/+bugs>
and to report a bug I found I had to register with launchpad.

Registering and going to the 'Bugs' tab got me to
<https://launchpad.net/people/toby-kelsey/+assignedbugs> and when I
tried to start my bug report by clicking on 'open a new bug' I got to
<https://launchpad.net/people/toby-kelsey/+filebug>
which said:

  Page not found

  There’s no page with this address in Launchpad.

So there is a problem with the bug reporting system.
Since I cannot report it online, I will describe the problem here:

I get a repeatable segmentation fault with Firefox (1.0.7-0ubuntu20)
when trying to access the website <http://www.onthebox.com>.
