linux-headers VS kernel-headers

Hi all,

	I've created a custom kernel and can successfully created
kernel-headers, kernel-source, and kernel-image packages using the
make-kpkg tool. However, I've noticed that the packages produced do
*not* contain the same things as the linux-headers, linux-source, and
linux-image packages from Ubuntu.

	An example is the kernel-headers package does not contain the
scripts subdirectory from the source tree, whereas the linux-headers
package does.

	Is there a *make-lpkg* or something that will create packages
with content indentical to the packages from Ubuntu? If so, could
someone point me at where I might find them?
