That's interesting. I've just noticed from logs that it seems to have 
happened at the same time as log.rotate. That might be a coincidence, but 
I'll watch it next time. I'm not sure how that relates to possible DIMM 
problems. I don't have an accelerated video card, so that can't be the 
problem.

Perhaps it will go away if I upgrade to Breezy?
