Filing bug reports: What's the point?

Sometimes bug reports don't get prompt attention. The issue is mostly
time. There are only 15 who work on Ubuntu fulltime. That is a pretty
finite resource. We also just finished the Ubuntu Below Zero
conference where no hacking or bug triage was done.
So why do you file bug reports? Because even if it has to wait a
while, at least it is there, not going anywhere.
