Grisbi -- Use non-Euro as default currency?

Here's how:

Edit > Preferences > Resources > Currencies > Click on add and add your
Currency from the list tree there. (You can add more than one currency
if you want.)

Then in the same window go to Display > Totals Currencies and change
all the boxes to the currency you want to use. Close it and you're all
set.
