Ubuntu in my Office

Hey there,

Thanks for the replay, Well the reason I want firefox to start up is its the
only thing that access is needed to, I dont want there to be any temptation
to use or try to use anything else,

Its not a call centre that is going to be in use 24/7 only a few hours at
night.

But if I cant have that, how do i restrict access to just a few programs and
not have the ones I cant get rid of not showing in the menu?
